What is Your "No Show" Policy?

Customers will be billed for a No Show and cancellations without charge 5 hours prior notice Airport Pick Up Procedure

Where Do You Pick Me Up?

• Palm Beach Airport
Passengers will be met at the Bottom of the Escalator on the way to Baggage Claim. The driver will be holding a H&S Sign with the passenger’s name.

• Ft. Lauderdale Airport.
Passengers will be met at the Bottom of the escalator on the way to Baggage Claim. The driver will be holding a H&S Sign with the passenger’s name.

• Miami Airport.
Domestic Flights- Passengers will be met at the Baggage Claim Carousel for their flight. The driver will be holding a H&S Sign with the passenger’s name.

• Miami Airport.
International Flights- Passengers will be met outside the Customs Area for their flight. The driver will be holding a H&S Sign with the passenger’s names.

• Seaport Pick Up Procedure
Passengers will be met on the dock of their ship with a sign with the passenger’s name or curbside arrangements can be made too. Specific arrangements will be finalized with the driver at drop off.
